Our CBD products are fully compliant with Colorado Senate Bill 23-271 (the Intoxicating Cannabinoid Hemp & Marijuana Act). All of our products contain no detectable THC, as confirmed by third-party Certificate of Analysis (COA) testing on every batch. Under SB23-271, products with no THC are explicitly exempt from age restrictions, serving size limitations, and packaging requirements applicable to THC-containing hemp products. Our COAs are available upon request and reflect non-detect results across all THC variants, including delta-8, delta-9, THCA, and delta-10. Our CBD products are fully compliant with Idaho state law, which requires that all hemp-derived CBD products contain zero percent THC. All of our products are third-party lab tested and confirmed to contain no detectable THC across all cannabinoid variants, including delta-8, delta-9, THCA, and delta-10, as verified by batch-level Certificates of Analysis (COAs).
